Working with Churchill Downs for the past twenty-five years on architectural and interior design projects, Hubbuch & Company completed this premier $121 million renovation finished in 2005. Hubbuch & Company was given a blank slate to plan every aspect of the interior architecture and design which meant harmonizing wagering, restaurants, lounges, dining, meeting, banquet, skybox suites, and circulation spaces to accommodate crowds of up to 150,000. The new structures bring the property to 1.4 million square feet. |
