A major improvement
program for this existing club included renovation of the 23,000
square feet clubhouse as well as an additional 14,000 square feet
of various areas consisting of a new swimming and tennis pavilion,
a squash court facility, dining decks, a boat house, a tennis
view area, and related site work. The swimming pool design won
the 1993 Mid-America Design Award for 3,000 square feet+ Commercial
Concrete Pool.
