Originally built in 1805, Star Hill Farm and the distillery on the property has been expanded, enhanced, and maintained by Hubbuch & Company for nearly three decades. We have handled the architectural processes of the the property's own fire house, the Whisky Creek covered bridge, additions to the Burks House, the renovation of the Distiller’s House, addition to the Print Shop, and rebuilding of Warehouse D. A surprise for touring guests, the whisky aging warehouse has been remodeled to house a state-of-the-art tasting bar and lounge, gift shop, offices, and classrooms for the distillery’s own education programs. Hubbuch & Company has also designed four production facilities at the distillery. A third expansion of the Still House is now in production, which – when complete – will triple the original yearly production for the globally high demand product.
